Revit and Database Systems
Mitchell’s proprietary database includes a library of manufacturer specific products including cut sheets, specifications, product recalls, vendor site planning guides, and a constant flow of final purchasing costs. The database has a wide range of project reports to support the different phases of planning, procurement, and move/installation related services based on the client’s needs. Reports can sort the equipment list by item, by room, by department, or by manufacturer. They can compare projects and filter or hide values to meet a range of client needs. All of our reports are exportable to excel or PDF at any time.
Mitchell was the first equipment planning firm to embrace Revit, and delivers 100% of our projects in Revit. Mitchell’s BIM model provides accurate equipment dimensions, clearances, blocking, power, plumbing and ventilation requirements.

Throughout these phases, Mitchell's team includes a project manager, planner, BIM planner, and coordinators to support the development of equipment lists, estimates, drawings, and deliverables to support the design and construction teams.
