The Pavilion is a 250,000 sq. ft., 3-story addition to Riverside Regional Medical Center will greatly expand the hospitals capacity. The first floor is 113,000 sq. ft. and is dedicated to patient welcoming functions, including outpatient pharmacy, pre-op and recovery areas for 11 new operating rooms and 2 endoscopy suites. The 64,300 sq foot second floor provides a total of 72 beds comprised of four 16-bed units dedicated to medical and general acute care, ICU, Step/Down/neurosurgery and orthopedic surgical patients. The lower level provides support services for central sterile, pharmacy and related services.

Mitchell’s team has led the planning, procurement and installation management phases.
