The Sibley Memorial Hospital project included a new and expanded emergency department, pharmacy, training and education, orthopedic floor, C-Section, eighteen labor and deliver suites, prep and recovery, specialty care nursery, postpartum, three floors of acute care beds, medical oncology, two operating rooms, prep and recovery, research/tumor registry and hydrotherapy. Project recognized LEED Silver goal.

Mitchell's services included planning and procurement.
