As a proven industry expert in medical equipment procurement, Jessica is responsible for managing her extensive team of procurement consultants to ensure everyone is current on technology enhancements and the resulting impact on equipment costs. She provides guidance and resource management for the procurement staff, interfacing with project managers to ensure the highest quality and integrity in client and manufacturer communications. Jessica oversees all aspects of Mitchell’s procurement services ($500M/year) ranging from procurement strategy, bid specifications, proposals, analysis, negotiations, purchase order processing and tracking. Her vast experience working with manufacturers and her knowledge of leading manufacturers’ capabilities and technology trends enables our clients to save time and costs.

Jessica and her team develop procurement plans with each client, including procedures for the acquisition, evaluation and approval of the equipment. They also create detailed schedules to track decision and order due dates, manufacturing lead times, and delivery due dates.

Jessica graduated from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest Illinois, and leads her team at Mitchell Corporate offices in Northbrook, IL. Jessica has led projects from new community hospitals to large million square foot complexes and project budgets in excess of $100M.
